As the year evolves and new splendor unfolds, we unite our hearts and efforts to embark on a new journey. On February 3, 2026, the Launching Ceremony of the 1359 Project and the 2025 Annual Conference of Hangzhou CAYO Advanced New Materials Co., Ltd., themed "Consolidate Foundations & Uphold Integrity, Forge Ahead Together for the Year of the Horse", was successfully held. All CAYO staff gathered in celebration to review the hard work and fruitful gains of 2025, honor outstanding achievers, reaffirm our original aspirations, witness the official launch of the 1359 Project, join hands to stride into the brand-new journey of 2026, and gather the tremendous momentum to drive the high-quality development of the company.

活动当天，暖阳正好，活力满格。锴越厂区内欢声笑语、暖意融融，年会第一阶段——团队互动与拓展环节正式拉开帷幕。本次拓展以“团队协作”为核心，将全体员工分为8支队伍，涵盖低温车间、中温车间、缝边车间、复合车间、生管部、研发部、销售部、行政等各个部门，每一支队伍都代表着锴越大家庭的重要一员，承载着并肩作战的默契与担当。

The event day greeted us with bright, warm sunshine and a vibrant atmosphere. Laughter and joy filled the CAYO factory compound, where the first segment of the annual conference – the team interaction and development session – officially kicked off. Centered on team collaboration, this session divided all employees into 8 teams, representing every department including the Low-Temperature Workshop, Medium-Temperature Workshop, Edge Sewing Workshop, Lamination Workshop, Production Management Department, R&D Department, Sales Department and Administration Department. Each team stands as an indispensable part of the CAYO family, embodying the tacit understanding and commitment forged through working side by side.

拓展现场，踩气球、丑小鸭赛跑、数字抱团、拔河比赛等趣味十足又考验协作的项目依次开展，每一个项目都以团队赛形式进行，累计积分决出名次。赛场上，各队伍凝心聚力、奋勇争先，队员们相互鼓励、默契配合，无论是拔河比赛中紧握长绳、同心发力的坚韧，还是丑小鸭赛跑中小心翼翼、接力前行的默契，亦或是数字抱团中反应敏捷、快速联动的灵动，都展现出锴越人团结协作、奋勇拼搏的精神风貌。场下，欢呼声、呐喊声、加油声此起彼伏，每一份鼓励都传递着温暖，每一次胜利都凝聚着力量。按照积分规则，最终评选出拓展比赛前三名团队，分别授予现金奖励，让大家在欢乐互动中增进了情谊、凝聚了合力，也深刻践行了“同心策马”的年会初心，为整场年会奠定了积极向上、团结奋进的基调。

At the team building venue, a series of fun and collaboration-driven games unfolded one after another, including balloon-stomping, the Ugly Duckling relay race, number grouping, and tug-of-war. All games were held in team competitions, with rankings determined by cumulative points.On the field, every team united as one and strove for the top; team members cheered each other on and collaborated with perfect tacit understanding. The perseverance of gripping the tug-of-war rope tightly and pulling together as one, the mutual understanding of moving forward cautiously in the Ugly Duckling relay race, and the quick reflexes and agile coordination in the number grouping game – all these moments showcased the CAYO spirit of solidarity, collaboration and fearless perseverance.Off the field, cheers, chants and words of encouragement echoed constantly. Every bit of support conveyed warmth, and every victory gathered collective strength. In accordance with the point rules, the top three teams of the team building games were finally selected and awarded cash prizes respectively. This joyful interaction not only deepened the friendship and forged stronger synergy among all staff, but also fully embodied the original aspiration of the annual conference – "Forge Ahead Together as One", laying a positive and united foundation for the entire event.

拓展环节圆满结束，大家集合前往春田花花3楼大厅，筹备进入年会第二阶段——入场&年度总结与表彰仪式。伴随着温馨的背景音乐与启幕视频的缓缓播放，年会现场氛围愈发浓厚，大家有序入场就座，共同等候这场属于锴越人的年度盛典。

The team building session concluded successfully, and everyone gathered to head to the hall on the 3rd floor of Chuntian Huahua, getting ready for the second segment of the annual conference – the entrance ceremony followed by the annual review and awards presentation. As warm background music played and the opening video rolled slowly, the atmosphere at the venue grew increasingly festive. All attendees entered in an orderly manner and took their seats, eagerly awaiting this annual grand ceremony for the entire CAYO team.

主持人登场后，盛典正式启幕。首先，总经办发表新年致辞，向大家致以最诚挚的新年问候与美好的新春祝福，感谢大家一年来的辛勤付出与默默坚守。

The grand ceremony officially kicked off as the host took the stage. First of all, the General Manager’s Office delivered a New Year address, extending the sincerest New Year greetings and best wishes for the Spring Festival to everyone, and expressing gratitude for their hard work and silent perseverance throughout the year.

随后，锴越总经理傅陆军发表年度致辞，全面回顾了2025年度公司的经营成果与关键节点，复盘了过去一年在新材料研发、生产管控、市场拓展、团队建设等方面取得的突破性进展，也客观分析了发展中面临的挑战与不足。致辞中，总经理重点解读了“1359工程”的核心内涵与战略规划，宣告该工程正式启航，明确了2026年公司的发展方向与奋斗目标，鼓励全体锴越人以“夯基立信”为准则，以更加坚定的信念、更加务实的作风、更加昂扬的斗志，同心同德、策马扬鞭，共同书写公司发展的新篇章。

Subsequently, Mr. Fu Lujun, General Manager of CAYO, delivered an annual address, where he comprehensively reviewed the company’s business achievements and key milestones in 2025, recapped the groundbreaking progress made over the past year in new material R&D, production management and control, market expansion, team building and other key areas, and also conducted an objective analysis of the challenges and shortcomings encountered in the course of development. In his address, the General Manager focused on interpreting the core connotation and strategic planning of the "1359 Project" and announced its official launch, defining the company’s development direction and striving goals for 2026. He encouraged all CAYO employees to adhere to the principle of "Consolidate Foundations & Uphold Integrity", and to unite as one, forge ahead with renewed vigor with firmer faith, a more pragmatic approach and higher morale, to jointly write a new chapter in the company’s development.

In addition, the Chairman of the Leather Industry Association was also present in person and delivered an enthusiastic speech. He highly commended CAYO’s development achievements in 2025, extended his sincere wishes for the company’s future development, and instilled greater confidence and motivation in all CAYO employees.

The awards presentation segment was a major highlight of this year’s annual conference and the finest recognition of every CAYO employee’s hard work. To set exemplary benchmarks and pass on the company’s excellent traditions, the company held a grand awards ceremony to honor outstanding individual employees and excellent teams of the year respectively. During the individual awards session, the Model Worker of the Year Yang Weiyan, the Excellent Team Leader of the Year Zhang Ling, the recipients of the Academic and Skill Improvement Award, as well as outstanding employees Wang Jianzhong, Song Jing, Jiang Pengyan, Yu Xiaoqin, Hong Xiaomei and Zhang Chengfeng took the stage to receive their awards one after another. The subsequent team awards segment saw an even more lively atmosphere. First, awards were presented to the top three teams with the highest total scores in the team building games, in recognition of the teamwork spirit and striving perseverance they demonstrated during the activities. Next, the Edge Sewing Workshop – the annual 6S Management Excellence Team, the Purchasing Department and Quality Control Department – the joint annual Lean Management Excellence Team, and the Finance Department – the annual Excellent Team, took the stage to receive their awards in turn. Behind every outstanding team lies the unity and concerted efforts of all its members. They have forged synergy through collaboration and achieved remarkable results with solid actions, embodying the strong cohesion and combat effectiveness of the CAYO teams. After the awards ceremony concluded, the dinner banquet officially got underway. Leaders from all departments took the stage to raise a toast together, extending warm Chinese New Year wishes to everyone and announcing the start of the banquet. At the dinner venue, the aroma of delicious food filled the air and a cozy atmosphere prevailed. All CAYO employees sat together, savoring the feast, bonding with one another, talking freely about the gains and insights of the past year, and looking forward to the hopes and aspirations for the new year.Throughout the dinner, well-designed interactive games and a lucky draw session were held intermittently. There were no tedious procedures, only lighthearted laughter and warm companionship. Everyone let off steam amid the joy and laughter, and deepened their friendship through interaction and communication.
