First, waste materials are recycled. Unlike simple recycling and reuse, CAYO first classifies and screens the recovered waste to ensure the purity of the raw material base for the next process. Subsequently, these waste materials enter the re-granulation stage, which is also the core link to ensuring circular quality. Through CAYO's independently developed system, the physical properties of the materials themselves are guaranteed, avoiding the common problem of property degradation in traditional recycling processes.

After material crushing, the raw materials enter a scientific mixing process where materials with different properties achieve uniform integration. Upon completion of mixing, the materials are accurately conveyed to the GRS granulator via a dedicated conveyor belt. The 9 functional zones of this core equipment serve as the "key checkpoints" for quality control. Each zone is set with different mixing intensities and internal mixing degrees according to process requirements. Through stepwise processing, the materials undergo full modification and integration at different stages, laying a solid foundation for the quality of subsequent finished products.

After the materials undergo refined processing through the 9 functional zones, they are extruded through a die head to form uniform filaments. In the filament drawing process, CAYO abandons the simple rapid prototyping mode and adopts a thermal-cold staged temperature control technology, allowing the materials to flow and shape slowly at a stable rate. This effectively avoids the problem of uneven internal structure caused by sudden temperature changes, fundamentally ensuring the stability and durability of the products.
成型后的丝条将进入分切、脱水干燥环节,经过精准裁切与彻底干燥,最终完成包装工序。此时,曾经的生产剩料已完成华丽蜕变,成为性能优异的回收TPU产品,可重新投入到各类生产场景中,形成“生产-回收-再利用”的闭环。
The formed filaments then enter the slitting, dehydration and drying processes. After precise cutting and thorough drying, the packaging process is finally completed. At this point, the once production waste has undergone a magnificent transformation, becoming high-performance recycled TPU products that can be reintroduced into various production scenarios, forming a closed loop of "production - recycling - reuse".
